Can I have the same housekeeper every visit?
Clients booking a minimum of 3 hours per visit at least once per week may be assigned a dedicated housekeeper, subject to availability, annual leave, illness and operational requirements.
Which frequency is right for my home?
Weekly visits are often suitable for smaller households. Twice-weekly service is popular with families and busier homes. Three-times-weekly service is often chosen by larger households and clients who want more frequent support.
How many hours should I book?
The popular recurring arrangements on this page are 3, 4, 5 or 6 hours per visit. Two-hour service can be arranged using the flexible staff model, but a specific housekeeper is not guaranteed.
What happens if my housekeeper is unavailable?
If your assigned housekeeper is on leave, unwell or unavailable for operational reasons, a suitable replacement will be arranged whenever possible.
Can I pause or change my recurring service?
Recurring arrangements can be adjusted as household needs change, subject to the applicable service terms and availability.
What tasks are included?
Housekeeping visits can include cleaning, tidying, bed making, laundry, folding, ironing and other agreed household tasks. The service is based on the time reserved, so priorities should be discussed when booking.
