Questions Before You Choose Recurring Housekeeping?
Will I get the same housekeeper every visit?
Clients booking a minimum of 3 hours per visit at least once per week may be assigned a dedicated housekeeper, subject to availability, leave, illness and operational requirements.
Why is there a minimum of 3 hours for a dedicated housekeeper?
A dedicated assignment is practical when sufficient working hours are reserved regularly, helping maintain schedule consistency for both the client and the housekeeper.
How many hours does my home need?
As a general guide: 2 to 3 hours for a studio, 3 hours for a 1-bedroom, 4 hours for a 2-bedroom, 5 hours for a 3-bedroom and 6+ hours for larger villas.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Packages can be adjusted as household needs change, subject to availability and applicable arrangements.
Can I pause while travelling?
Yes. The team can assist with available pause and rescheduling options when you are away.
What if my regular housekeeper is unavailable?
If your assigned housekeeper is on leave, unwell or unavailable for operational reasons, a suitable replacement will be arranged whenever possible.
