Book it after you receive access to the property and before you unpack as much as possible. This gives our team better access to floors, cabinets, wardrobes, corners and other surfaces.
Can you clean a home before I move my furniture in?
Yes. An empty or mostly empty property is well suited to moving-in deep cleaning because more areas are accessible.
How much does moving-in deep cleaning cost?
Our apartment prices are AED 319 for a studio, AED 419 for a 1-bedroom, AED 629 for a 2-bedroom, AED 839 for a 3-bedroom and AED 1,259 for a 4-bedroom, before VAT. Villa prices are AED 839 for a 2-bedroom, AED 1,469 for a 3-bedroom, AED 1,889 for a 4-bedroom and AED 2,369 for a 5-bedroom, before VAT.
How many hours are included?
Our recommended labour hours are 5, 8, 12, 16 and 24 hours for apartment studios through 4 bedrooms. For villas, the recommended hours are 16, 28, 36 and 44 hours for 2 through 5 bedrooms.
What areas do you clean before I unpack?
We clean the principal living and bedroom areas, kitchen, bathrooms, accessible windows and tracks, cabinets and wardrobes where accessible, floors, fixtures and other agreed areas within the service scope.
Can I book moving-in cleaning after renovation?
Yes. Moving-in deep cleaning can be used after renovation or maintenance to give the property a thorough clean before you settle in. Specialist cleaning such as steam cleaning or pressure washing can be added where required.
Can you clean the apartment after the previous occupant?
Yes. Moving-in cleaning is suitable for a property that has had previous occupants and needs a thorough refresh before you move your belongings in.
Can I book recurring housekeeping after the moving-in clean?
Yes. Once the home is cleaned to the standard you want, our recurring housekeeping service can maintain it on an ongoing schedule.
